-1.5 cups warm water

-1 tablespoon instant or active dry yeast

-1 tablespoon sugar

-1 teaspoon kosher salt

-2.5 tablespoons SLBBQ Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-3.5 cups all purpose flour


-in stand mixer add water, sugar, and yeast

-Stir and let rest 10 minutes till foamy and dissolved

-Add olive oil, salt. Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning and 1.5 cups flour

-Mix on slow speed with dough hook until combined

-Slowly add in 2 more cups flour until dough begins to pull away from bowl

-If dough is still to wet you may have to add up to 1/2 cup more flour

-knead on medium -low speed for 5 more minutes

-Shape dough into a ball and place in oiled mixing bowl, turn dough over to coat with oil

-Cover in plastic and allow to proof for 2 hours

-Dough should double in size

-Remove dough, punch down and split into 2 pieces

-Cover with towel and allow to rest for 15 minutes

-Roll out dough on lightly floured surface

-Bake at 475-500 for 10-12 minutes
