-Canola oil - 1 tablespoon

-Garlic(chopped)- 4 cloves

-Onions (small dice)- 2 cups

-Fire roasted tomatoes- 2 15oz cans

-Corn(steamed)- 12 oz.

-Lima Beans(par cooked)- 12 oz.

-Black Eyed Peas( par cooked)- 12 oz.

-Chicken Stock- 1.5 quarts

-SLBBQ Sweet & Tangy BBQ sauce- 16oz.

-Worcestershire sauce- 5 tablespoons

-Black Pepper- 1 teaspoon

-Chili Powder- 1 teaspoon

-SLBBQ Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning- 1 teaspoon

-Kosher Salt- 3 Tablespoons

-Pulled Pork- 1.5 pounds


-Saute onions in canola oil until translucent

-Add Garlic, black pepper, chili powder and Jalapeno ranch seasoning, cook 1 minute

-Add tomatoes, chicken stock, Worcestershire & bbq sauce, simmer 20 minutes

-Add corn, peas, and lima beans, simmer 20 minutes

-Add chopped smoked pork simmer for 5 minutes

-Season with kosher salt to taste
