SLBBQ BACON CHEESE BALL

INGREDIENTS

- 8 oz. cream cheese

- 6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2 Tbls. SLBBQ Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning

- 3/4 cup finely chopped bacon

- 1 Tbls. chopped parsley

METHOD

- Bake off bacon till crispy, cool

- Set out cream cheese and bring to room temperature

- Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, & Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning

- Roll cheese mix into a ball

- Mix chopped bacon and parsley in a small bowl

- Roll cheese ball in bacon and parsley mixture

- Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate till firm

- Serve with chips, pretzels or vegetables of your choice
